By accessing this website or purchasing a NEXO PLAYER license, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
License Grant
Upon successful payment, NEXO PLAYER grants you a personal, non-transferable license to activate and use the application for the duration of your chosen plan (3, 6 or 12 months).
Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed once for the selected period (3, 6 or 12 months). Prices are confirmed by our team before payment is collected. There is no automatic recurring billing unless explicitly agreed.
Free Trial
The free trial provides limited-time, limited-feature access to evaluate the service. We reserve the right to modify or end the free trial offer at any time.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to resell, share, reverse-engineer, or misuse your license, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found violating these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
NEXO PLAYER is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
