How does the free trial work?
Click any "Free Trial" button and message us on WhatsApp. We'll activate a limited-time trial license so you can test NEXO PLAYER before choosing a paid plan.
How fast will I receive my license after payment?
In most cases, activation is instant to within a few minutes after payment confirmation. During high demand it may take up to a couple of hours.
What is the difference between the 3, 6 and 12-month plans?
All plans include full activation and support. Longer plans simply cover more time at a better price per month — the 12-month plan effectively gives you two extra months free compared to paying for 6 months twice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple secure payment options. Our team will share the available methods for your country when you place your order on WhatsApp.
Can I renew or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can renew, extend or upgrade between the 3, 6 and 12-month plans at any time by messaging our support team.
